Jeff McAuley (Founder/ Director of Operations)

 

Jeff McAuley founded Speed Revolution out of his desire to share his knowledge in the area of sports performance enhancement with coaches, athletes, personal trainers, and all others who are interested in helping athletes perform better. 

 

His passion for helping athletes and coaches has been proven by over 25 years of dedication in coaching athletes from a variety of sports and in speaking at numerous clinics and camps.  His coaching resume includes coaching collegiate track and field teams to conference titles in six different conferences including the SEC and Big 10.  He has coached numerous national champions at the age-group, high school, junior, collegiate, and senior levels.  And has coached several world class level athletes that have competed in such events as the IAAF World Championships, Summer Olympics Games, and even the Winter Olympics.  Over the years, he has also done extensive performance enhancement work with collegiate and professional football and baseball players.  Currently, he serves as the Head Coach for the U.S. Army Wounded Warriors Track and Field Team, and as an Asst, Coach to both the Marines and Special Forces.  In addition, he provides speed, agility, strength and conditioning training for active duty members of the US Army and to the US Marines Poolees.

 

Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Physical Education from the California State University, Northridge. He is author of numerous training publications and developed The Complete Hurdle Touchdown Times Calculator. His approach to training athletes and in educating coaches is to take scientific principles, simply them, and make them easy to understand and apply.  Simply put, his goal is to educate athletes and coaches, helping them to perform better.

Lamont Warren (Regional Business Development Director/ Performance Specialist)

 

After an illustrious high school and college football career, Lamont spent 10 years as a running back in the NFL playing for the Colts, Patriots, and Lions.

Lamont was the Los Angeles City 4-A player of the year while leading the Dorsey Dons to the LA City Championship.   While at the University of Colorado, he was also a standout track and field athlete earning All-Big Ten honors at 400 meters in in the 4x400m relay.

With Speed Revolution, Lamont’s primary responsibilities include camp and clinic development, and sports enhancement training for athletes, coaches, and trainers in Atlanta, GA.

D’Marcus Williams (Regional Business Development Director/ Performance Specialist)

 

After spending years as an outstanding track and field athlete at both the college and post-collegiate levels, D’Marcus spent several highly successful years as a coach at San Francisco City College and is currently a Track and Field and Coach at San Mateo Community College.  In addition, he is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for San Mateo’s Basketball Team.

With a Master’s degree in Kinesiology/ Sports Management from San Jose State University, experience in graphic, and web design, professional sports marketing, and personal training he brings tremendous versatility and skill to Speed Revolution.  His resume includes stints with highly acclaimed organizations such as the San Francisco 49ers, the PAC-10 Conference, Stanford University, and the Pacific Athletic Club in Redwood City, CA. 

With Speed Revolution, D’Marcus’s primary responsibilities include camp and clinic development, marketing, media production, personal fitness training, and sports enhancement training for athletes, coaches, and trainers on the west coast.

Rana Reider (Head of Track and Field Elite Training Program, Elite Clinician)

 

Rana Reider is widely considered to be one of the top track and field coaches in the world, having been named the United States Track and Field National Coach of the Year in 2011. Having spent over 15 years as a collegiate Track and Field coach, he has guided numerous Olympians, National Champions, and All-Americans. His coaching resume includes successful stints at Riverside Community College (4 Team State Championships), Cal Baptist (NAIA National Indoor Champions), Life University (NAIA National Outdoor Champions), Clemson (National Championship 200m & 4x400m relay), Kansas State (Big 12 Runner-Up), and the  University of Florida (Multiple individual SEC Champions). 

Moving to the professional level, Rana is now currently coaching one of the top track and field  group in the world as a coach for the United Kingdom. He also is utilized in the design and implementation of any of Speed Revolution’s Speed and Agility Clinics.

Rana earned a B.S. in Kinesiology from the Cal Baptist University.

Mike Whiteman (Elite Clinician, Performance Specialist)

 

Mike Whiteman is currently the Director of Sports Science for the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Soccer Academy and the Head Strength and Performance Coach at D1 Pittsburgh.  Mike has had the opportunity to work with athletes in nearly every sport.  His innovative warm-up, strength, and training routines are second to none.  Mike graduated suma cum laude from Seton Hill University in May of 2006 with a B.S. in Biology. He earned a 3.97 GPA at Seton Hill which put him first in all science degrees conferred. Mike is also a  NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer.

 

In college, Mike was a four year starter and two year captain for the Seton Hill Men’s soccer team. He also was a two time NAIA Academic All-American First Team selection and an AMEAC leading points scorer. Mike’s other athletic accomplishments include being the Norwin High School Soccer Team captain, WPIAL 1-AAA Finest Fifteen Selection, All Section, All County, and he placed in the WCCA track and field invitational and qualified for WPIAL’s as a sprinter. Growing up Mike was also an eight time state champion for the Penns Forrest Wolfpack and two time Regional Bronze medalist.

Rodney Carson (Senior Drill Instructor, Head of Childhood Obesity Athletic Boot Camps and special events)

 

S.D.I. Rodney Carson currently runs the most successful boot camp fitness program in the Northern California area.  His company “Basic Training- Boot Camp Fitness Program” established in 1999, has 4 locations and trains civilians, all the way up to military personnel. His catchy phrases of training from “Soccer Mom’s to Swat Teams” holds true to form and he has been recognized by the IDEA World Fitness Convention as being a top notch trainer, having him not only present at their convention, but producing a video containing his Boot Camp instructional techniques.

S.D.I. Carson is also well known as the architect of the Mather Mud Run, Northern California’s original mud run complete with thousands of contestants, Military plane fly-overs, and Police Helicopters! As well as other events that benefit the local community in Sacramento.

Eric J Louis, is also the Owner/ President and Fitness & Performance Training Consultant of Amplify Your Performance, LLC. He is a former professional football player from the Canadian Football League and Arena Football League as well.

Thru Amplify your performance he researches and tests performance boosting products to see if they have validity.
