Team Speed, Agility, and Strength Training with Coach Jeff McAuley in Northern California.

 

Speed and Agility are skills! And skills can be improved! Learn all the fundamentals and advanced techniques with proven drills designed and administered by a nationally renowned coach with years of experience in virtually every sport from the age group to world class level.  Each training session in Northern California can take place at your own facility, just call for availability.

First off, you will get bone-fide pre-training evaluation marks on each one of your athletes using the industry standard Brower Electronic Timing System and Vertec Vertical Jump Measuring Device.  We then take few other tests that are specific to your sport, and compare all your teams results with our database of previous athletes tested.  After which, we set out to show you how we can improve on those results!

We do that with top notch sessions, consisting of one hour in length, that start with dynamic warm-up routines and are followed by well detailed workouts.  Each workout includes a variety of activities such as: sprint drills, mini hurdle agility drills, Vertimax training, med mall throws, Bullet Belt Acceleration Training, and more!  Each session also provides individualized instruction and a commitment to detail, don’t miss this opportunity to train with the area’s top expert.  Currently, available in Sacramento, CA and surrounding areas.  Call or e-mail us for times and availability.

Lamont Warren brings a level of expertise to training that few can match.  He serves as a great role model and source of information for athletes and coaches alike.  His creative routines, training progressions, experiences, and motivational skill, make him one of the top trainers in the country.

Team Speed, Agility, and Strength Training with Coach D’Marcus Williams in San Mateo and the SF Bay Area.

 

After spending years as an outstanding track and field athlete at both the college and post-collegiate levels, D’Marcus spent several highly successful years as a coach at San Francisco City College and is currently a Track and Field and Coach at San Mateo Community College.  In addition, he is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for San Mateo’s Basketball team, where their staff was awarded the Community College Basketball staff of the year award!

His resume also includes stints with highly acclaimed organizations such as the San Francisco 49ers, the PAC-10 Conference, Stanford University, and the Pacific Athletic Club in Redwood City, CA. 

D’Marcus utilizes his diverse background and educational credentials (Masters Degree, USATF Level 1 Certification, Certified Personal Trainer) to create unique and challenging routines and training progressions that make him one of the top young trainers in California!
